In last week’s Draw Tip Tuesday, Koosje Koene, co-founder of Sketchbook Skool, showed you how to exercise your hatching muscles. This week, Koosje will show you how to put those muscles to use and add some creative lettering to make a holiday greeting.
All you’ll need is a color pencil and whatever tool you’d like to do your hand-lettering with. A hatch background is a fun, simple way to add a background to an otherwise blank holiday card. If you’ve chosen holiday cards that already have a design on the outside but are blank on the inside this is a great way to make the card you.
